I was surprised that this game wasn't yet on YouTube. It is one of three game winners that Jordan hit in the 2001-2002 season where he only played in 60 games due to injury. At age 38 and 348 days, Jordan dominated the whole game, not just the last seconds. He had 26 points, 5 rebounds and 8 assists, but the stats dont tell the whole story. With Jordan on the court the wizards built a comfortable lead. With Jordan on the bench, the Cavs came back and actually built a 10 point lead in the fourth quarter. Jordan again led the Wizards back, either hitting clutch shots or making key assists. Before the game, Cavs coach John Lucas was insisting Jordan is the league's first-half MVP. "He's doing it with smarts and not the same talent he had," said Lucas. "What he's done this year is off the charts. I know our league's [talent] is watered down.
