Adding more bass on a budget!
Today we are installing the HYANKA 8 inch powered subwoofer into our Volvo 240 project. If you're like me, and probably at least 4 of you are... the 3" speakers from Volvo just don't cut it in the bass department. To fix that we are installing a H YANKA powered sub.

I'm using a cheap Scosche amplifier installation kit connected to the previously installed Kenwood headunit. I'm installing this speaker under the seat in the passenger cabin area. Closer you can get them to your ears the better they will sound.
Speaking of sound and a review - I think its a great sub for the money. You won't get earth shattering bass but you also shouldn't expect 12" subwoofer sound from a small 8" sub running 400 watts. I'd buy it over the Rockville SS8P because if there's a difference - I can't hear it!
