EASY Dragon Scale resin effect - FULL recipe & tutorial.

The Dragon Scale (or "crackle") effect can be a tricky one to master.
I watched lots of tutorials by other resin creators, abd then went on to try out literally dozens of different recipes until I found the one that works the best for me.
