Welcome to day 19 of the 30 day yoga challenge. Today we are focusing on the upper body with a 25 minute yoga flow for strength and mobility.

In this class we are working towards Flying Splits pose, also known as Eka Pada Koundinyasana II. This class includes postures to strengthen the upper body, abs and hip flexor muscles, as well as hamstring and hip stretches to prepare you for Flying Splits. Don't worry if that sounds intimidating, I will offer lots of options so you can practice at your level.
