BREAKING: Supreme Court rules on Trump immunity case | Here's what that means for Georgia indictment

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled Monday that former President Donald Trump has absolute absolute immunity for his core constitutional powers. The court also ruled former presidents are also entitled to at least a presumption of immunity for their official acts.

There is no immunity, the court said, for unofficial acts.
