This is a milk, egg and wheat free version of my last Christmas cake recipe😊!

Personally, I like this cake because it's easy to make and delicious too 😋♡.

Depending on where you place it on the baking sheet in the oven, the surface may turn out hard. If it starts to brown, cover it with aluminum foil and bake ☃️✨.

(Milk, egg, and wheat free Christmas cake amount for 1 infant (1 infant in parentheses))
Rice flour mix 25g (17.5g)
Adjusted soy milk 20g (14g)
Sugar 3g (2.1g)
Oil 8.9g (6.2g)
Strawberries 20g (14g)
Silken tofu 5g (3.5g)
Sugar 0.4g (0.3g)
Vanilla essence 0.0g (0.0g)
Powdered sugar 0.2g（0.1g
The recommended serving size for adults is twice that of infants.
For a family with 2 adults and 2 children, multiply by 6❁¨¨.

Easy-to-make quantities (for 4 muffins)
100 g rice flour mix
80cc adjusted soy milk
1 1/2 tbsp sugar
3 tablespoons oil
4 strawberries
100g silken tofu
Less than 1 tbsp sugar
2 drops vanilla extract
Powdered sugar to taste
(Originally, 50g of tofu would be enough)
