How Does the H2 Indoor Navigation Bluetooth Beacon Help You When Your GPS Stops Working in a Building?
When outdoors, we can use GPS to pinpoint an exact location. But when we enter a room, GPS can no longer be used. Compared with Wi-Fi positioning, Bluetooth is less interfered with by the surrounding environment. This, when coupled with the extremely low power consumption of Bluetooth and universal use, makes Bluetooth the most commonly used technology in indoor positioning.
For example, when participating in an exhibition, the exhibition hall staff can arrange Bluetooth beacons in different locations, and calculate the distances of different navigation beacons based on the signal strength of the Bluetooth beacons. If users want to know their current location, or find the booth they want to go to, they can turn on their mobile phone App, roughly determine the location of the exhibition hall, and display it on the APP map.
