Some people will have a problem called as freckles. Freckles is a type of pigmentation spots which develops due to sun exposed areas. It o more common in Caucasians or Europeans or Americans white skin. In India also it is common with those who have fair skin. Freckles can be removed with lasers. There are two ways of removing freckles. One is you completely burn as the freckles using the ablative lasers. The other is to protect the skin only on the top and burn only the freckles only under the skin, using a non-ablative lasers. Ablative lasers what we use is the Carbondioxide lasers and the non-ablative lasers is the Nd Yag lasers. Lasers are very effective in freckles. But again freckles area genetic condition. So even if you get your freckles removed, after a few months or a few years, the new freckles keep appearing. So they always require top up sessions to be done whenever you have freckles.
