Hello guys, We are back with another interesting video. Today I will share some tips on How to take a proper stance in Cricket. I was receiving many messages from beginners on Instagram their request is to make a proper video on batting stance in Cricket. In this video, I shared Top five tips on How to take a proper stance in Cricket. A perfect stance can help you to improve your batting skills.
Follow below tips for perfect stance -
1. Toes in line: When you go for batting you must focus on your toes they must be in line. Take a guard and mark a straight line from your leg. Your toes must be in line and it goes out of the line then you are in the wrong stance.
2. Distance between both legs: Distance between legs is not fixed also not given in any book how much your distance much be. Distance between your legs much is according to your shoulder.
3. Knee Flexible: Your knee must be flexible because it helps to transfer your body weight easily on the crease and you can judge the line and length of the ball.
4. Backlift: It is very important in your batting to play big shots in cricket. Your bat must be high and face must be towards in between wicket-keeper to second slip.
5. Body Position: At the time of batting your head must be in the line with shoulder and only one shoulder must be visible while batting if another shoulder is visible then you are in the Wrong Batting stance.
