In this video you'll learn how to improve trunk control in babies by using a baby gym to encourage babies to reach overhead. Reaching overhead can improve trunk control in babies by encouraging them to activate their upper trunk and stabilize their lower trunk in order to coordinate reaching. Using a baby gym to help babies be motivated with reaching overhead, can be one way to complete this exercise.
