My Samsung Q1 Ultra UMPC runs antiX Linux

After upgrading the hardware on my Q1 Ultra, I was able to achieve a long-held goal - installing Linux on this machine. To my surprise, everything worked really well right out of the box, except the touchscreen. The display, RAM, SSD, sound, the pointer, and most of the keyboard worked right out of the box. Installing the proprietary eGalaxTouch touchscreen drivers didn't take much work following the directions here (https://ubuntuforums.org/archive/inde.... What was more complicated, as described in the video, was calibrating the touchscreen properly. Mapping the extra keys also took a bit of work as described. Overall, I am very happy with the results and may grab a Bluetooth joystick or game controller to play retro games on this. I also hope to connect a second monitor to the VGA port as necessary.
