Zinc rich food that has benefits of healthy fats. Cashews has Vitamin B2, phosphorous, magnesium and high copper. This jaggery dessert/ sweet recipe is called as Jeedipappu bellam pakam in Telugu and Kaju chikki in Hindi.

📒Notes:
👉Tip: As shown in the video, place cashews mould on a edge-less flat surfaced base so that your fingers can reach out to mould corners to pull it out. There is no time limit to follow on when to pull it out. Mould need to be cold before separating.
👉 Fix: If you haven't followed above tip, then the fix is - when you heat mould's base, then it will come out. Once it comes out, allow it to cool upside down.
