WEAPON WITH 3D Printer!
Today I made a video of what I'm printing with a 3d printer from China.

What is 3D Printer?
3D Printer is a machine that transforms 3D computer data into solid objects that you can hold with your hands. This technology is capable of producing geometries that conventional manufacturing methods can not be realized.

3D printer technology is not really a new technology, but its first application dates back to 1984, but in the past 20 years, this method has not received much attention outside of the fast prototyping area. The reprap project, which started in 2006, reached much wider masses. Thanks to this project, many ordinary users, hobbyists, self-made cultures have a 3d printer. Even three years after the start of the project, many companies have been able to spread the technology to a wider user base, taking advantage of the Reprap project to produce and sell open source 3d printers.

How 3D Printer Works
1- Modeling: The product to be produced is created with 3D design programs (CAD) or 3D scanning systems. Generated model is usually converted to STL file format and passed to 3D printing process.

2-3D Printing: In 3d printing process, objects are layered on top of each other. In today's technology, these layers can be realized by different methods such as plastic melting, laser sintering, sterolitography. The machine is divided into layers with model slicing software prepared in the STL file to follow the tool path in the order of these layers.

3D printers can produce using many different technologies. Today, the most popular method is FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) stacked stacking technology. Thermoplastic polymer materials (PLA, ABS) which can be formed by heat are used in this method. The highest material strength in the group of plastic materials is achieved with this technology. In FDM technology, it is quite troublesome to produce stalactite suspended structures in the air. Although there is no need to use any support material with the cause of construction, it is a matter of not carrying the other layers stacked on top of and collapsing on the grounds that the material is low in the bottom layer.

All of the 3D printer technologies work with the principle of stacking layers together. However, how they form the layers can be quite different. Layer stacking techniques can benefit from many different technologies available today. For example, lasers, electron beam sources, UV curing, etc. Now let's examine these different layer stacking technologies in detail

The most commonly used second method after FDM den is SLS, ie selective laser sintering or full sintering with selective laser. Sintering is a technology generally used in powder metallurgy and involves the conversion of powder metals to solid bodies under heat and pressure. In the laser sintering technique, laser is used as it is understood from its name. The laser beam is reflected very quickly on the material powders to form layers. The laser beam can form layers at a rate that can be difficult for the human eye to perceive through a piece called a laser scanner. Depending on the laser power used in this technology, almost any combination of materials and materials can be used, including metal, plastic and ceramic.
