Mango Custard Graham Float | How to make Mango Float | Graham Recipe (easy recipe)

Mango Graham ingredients:
250g graham crackers
500ml all purpose cream(chilled overnight)
300g condensed milk (chilled overnight)
3 pcs. large sweet mangoes
10g clear and unflavored gelatin(optional)
1/8 cup hot water

Custard ingredients:

8 egg yolks
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup cornstarch
4 cups evaporated milk
1 tsp yellow food color(optional)
110g cheese, grated

Custard procedure:

1) Combine egg yolks and sugar. Whisk until light in color
2) Add cornstarch and mix well
3) Bring evaporated milk to a boil
4) Gradually add hot milk into the egg mixture while mixing
5) Put the mixture back into the pot
6) Cook over med. loe heat and stir constantly until it thickens
7) Turn the heat off. Add vanilla extract and yellow food color
8) Transfer custard into a bowl
9) Cover with cling wrap and cool completely

Cream procedure:

1) Combine gelatin and hot water.
2) Mix well until gelatin dissolves and Set aside
3) Whip cream on high speed until doubled in size(10min.)
4) Gradually add condensed milk and gelatin. Mix well

Assemble:

1) Arrange 2 crackers into the container
2) Spread cream evenly
3) Arrange mangoes on top of the cream
4) Add 2nd layer of crackers
5) Spread custard on top
6) Add cheese toppings and chill overnight
