Hey this is Todd and we’re back to surf-style tricks again. This is called the hang-5.

The best word I can think of to describe this one is persistence.
You’ll want to just do it over and over again, and eventually it will feel right.

Roll forward at a medium speed. Step on your front peg and push up from your rear peg.
Immediately begin looking for your balance point with your free leg.
Keep your arms stiff and fairly straight.
Swing your leg to maintain balance.
It’s important to get over your fear of falling forward. Once you figure out how to safely do that, you’ll learn this one.

To get out of it, drop your back wheel, and ride away.
