Mental Prayer - A practical how to guide (by Fr. Lascance, d. 1946)

There is no surer way of growing in holiness than adding regular mental prayer to your other prayers such as the Holy Rosary. However, finding a good guide post 1960 may prove challenging. Here is a pre-conciliar guide that gets right to the point and has many suggestions for you to begin this pious practice.
