https://www.programmableweb.com/ - In the sixth part of our API 101 video series, we talk about what the difference is between the various types of Application Programming Interfaces and the different ways to think about who your APIs are targeted at. For example, there is a large set of unknown developers (LSUD) where and API provider puts an API on to the Internet and you really don’t know who’s going to be using it. The other grouping is a small set of known developers (SSKD) where you typically know who the developers are because they are either internal to the enterprise, or they are partners to the business in some way, or both. This is just another way to think about the grouping of developers that your targeting.
