[LOZ] Ocarina of Time - Itemless Haunted Wasteland Guide

If you don't have Hover Boots, Lens of Truth, Magic, Longshot, OR you just want to do something fun / adventurous, try this method!
1) Go to the far left corner of the shifting sands (entrance from GF)
2) Align the center of your B button with the part of the shifting sand where all of the angles meet together
3) Turn around, break free from the sand (walk forward a few steps)
4) Z target and backwalk until you reach the other side
5) Go through the Flag maze as normal (day time is easiest)
6) Go to the backside of the structure where you normally summon the guide poe
7) Align yourself with the center of the pedestal on top, z target and backwalk into the sands behind you
8) Stop once you reach the bottom of the small hill (where the 2 sand hills meet) OR once the furthest 2 flags on the left of your screen line up
9) Side hop / run / etc to the right until you reach the base of the next sand hill Or until the furthest 2 flags on the right of your screen line up
10) Place the right side of your b button so it lines up with the left side of the sand hill peak
11) Walk up the hill until the angle of the hill side changes
12) walk at a 15-30 degree angle from the change on the sand hill until you reach where the hill starts to slope downward again
13) Turn Link to the left so he sits at a 45 degree angle (Box should be close to the left edge of your screen)
14) Walk in a straight line until you reach the white line in the sand that the box is sitting on top of
15) Walk directly on the line until you reach the box.
16) Align yourself with the flags in the distance, walk until you pass through them.
17) You are now in the Desert Colossus!

The key to the trick in the 2nd part of the wasteland (after the structure and before desert colossus) is ensuring you have similar - exact positioning as I do. It's VERY easy to void out, so copy as best as you can!
