How to get involved in your local pre-PT club!

If I was a pre-PT
If I was a pre-PT just getting started as a new member in a pre-PT club here’s what I would do to get involved.
With this in mind, I would start attending meetings consistently, get to know my fellow club members, especially those who are in leadership, promote the marketing strategies that your pre-PT club uses to attract new members, especially on social media, and invite your friends, who are also pre-PTS to attend the club.
Another way to easily get involved in Club leadership is to tell any current leader that you want to get involved in leadership in the future. They may have open positions available to you that you could start filling right away. This is what I did two weeks after I joined my pre-PT club. I was given the assignment of collecting shadowing and observation hour opportunities for pre-PTS that we could distribute to all of our members.
It is always a balancing act as a pre-PT knowing how to juggle the many tasks that can fill up your schedule. I’m not saying that you have to go to every pre-PT club meeting, but if you promise to do something in a leadership role, you had better follow through or get someone to cover for you.
Getting involved in a pre-PT club is as easy as showing up, participating, engaging with your fellow club members and expressing your interests to contribute to the organization. Now go and make some plans to have a positive impact on your pre-PT club and then execute those plans! Thanks for watching, and happy applying.
