POE 3.22, 3.24 My Strongest Starter Build - Necro Arakaali Spiders, 8.5M DPS (updated 3.24 POB)

Cheap and strong Necromancer Arakaali's
Cheap and strong Necromancer Arakaali's Spiders build, 1-2 div budget (can be bit more at first days of league, high demand for dagger and low supply). 11M Pinnacle DPS, 27k Armour, 100% spell suppression, 24/25 block. Enough dmg and survivability to kill all pinnacle bosses. One of the strongest starter builds I ever played.
Now it has bit less dmg because of Temporal Chains nerf, dps dropped from 11M to 8.5M
To start u just need Arakaali's Fang dagger, all other items are optional, but pretty good and cheap (2-15c for each item, prices that I payed for them are in POB notes). High movement speed as we use Haste aura and Flesh Offering that also affects us. Also we have tons of attacks speed for Shield Charge from Flesh Offering, Haste aura and each spider gives 2% inc attack speed to us and we have increased to minion attack speed applies to us. Can use Whirling Blades instead of Shield Charge.
Before Spiders, use any skill for campaign, from regular minion army to self cast spells (I prefer freezing pulse, much faster than minions in acts).
