Budget friendly comms- [Radios for the modern Minuteman]

Radios are one of the most important items for any prepper, outdoor enthusiast, hiker or todays minuteman. The baofeng is by far the most popular radio on the market. Here I'll show you my setup, how I have these radios programmed and you'll even see the amazing ranges I get.

I use radios daily, for hiking, fishing, camping and off-roading. I always use a push to talk while driving, and while training at the range or with other range enthusiasts. I also own a boat shop so having radios programmed with VHF allow my customers to contact me while they are out on the water.

Radios can be a lifesaving tool so there for you need to get familiar with what your radios can do. And that my friends comes from practice. Also downloading CHIRP is not a bad idea. Its free!
