How to make Queso/Cheese Dip (without velveeta)

I just developed this recipe a few days ago. It is so easy, and makes a really creamy and delicious queso dip. I hope you enjoy it. It just makes a small/medium bowl. I haven't tried to make a larger quantity but if you do double or triple the recipe be careful about the amount of peppers or the cheese dip might become too spicy. :) I hope you like it!
