5 exercises to improve your Gyaku-zuki.

* Explosive and condition training🔥👊🏼

•Start moving around with a weight west. At ichi, you do a burpee followed up with an attack. 1 min work.

•Immediately after you grab a weight in each hand and with them you do a squat, compounded with pushing your hands up in the air. 6-8 reps, depends on your choice of weights.

* Move fast and attack.🔥


* Block and follow up with an attack.👊🏼⚡️
