Is my Demon 170 faster than my Twin Turbo Mustang?

I compare my 2023 Dodge Demon 170 to my 2020 Hellion Twin Turbo Mustang GT to determine which is the faster car and which one is the quickest on the track.  The Demon 170 is the quickest production car in the world from 0-60 but is it enough to take down the much smaller and lighter twin turbo Mustang GT?
