Don't fight the system; build quietly

Reflecting on the challenges of being an innovator in the mental health space. Change is needed, but change makers are rare. Most of them burn out fast when they meet the resistance of the structures they seek to change. I prefer to build alternatives outside the government funded structures, even if it takes far longer.
