russian forces have been actively assaulting Robotyne in Zaporizhzhia for several months. The Ukrainian Armed Forces liberated the village in the summer of 2023 and secured a foothold for further advancement towards Tokmak. While the soldiers lack sufficient weaponry for an offensive, the occupiers deploy significant forces to recapture positions and advance towards Orikhiv. The 65th Separate Mechanized Brigade is among those resisting the enemy's attempts and repelling all assaults.
We are the first filming crew to visit Robotyne during daylight hours. Over a distance of more than 12 km, our team members Anna and Andrii traversed the so-called 'road of death' to reach the positions of the brigade, just a few hundred meters from the russians.
