Crafting "Chosen" boots - onslaught elusive + whatever stats you need

These are my end game
These are my end game boots for this build - they are extremely strong and also allow for me to pick up a lot of the resistances and attributes i need, well also getting a 7 stat item that delivers defense and offense for both mapping and bossing.
Note: Finished mine for under 10ex
2nd Note - much cheaper version could be made for a few ex if you dont go for chosen and/or aren't as picky as i am on the other stats.(skipping the enchantment alone drops price 3ex)
