Stream Hacking: Fetching Live Stream Details with YouTube Data API

Today we're continuing our custom Open Broadcaster Software (OBS) overlay server project so that we can fetch live data about the stream from YouTube's Data API and display it in a BrowserSource overlay in OBS.
