The hypnotic Purple-Prankster-Python Cassea was
The hypnotic Purple-Prankster-Python Cassea was resting by herself on evening when a previous hypnosis victim, Telia Whiteclaw the Half-Panther came strolling by in the branches.
Having nothing else to do that day, Telia figured she'd bunker down for a snooze as well, grabbing Cassea's attention to deliberately be wrapped in those coils.
For prey, they would be an aggressive and terrifying bind to be stuck between.
But Telia knew when a snake was hungry and when they were not, and with the threat of being eaten is gone, boy do those coils make for a great alternative to a blanket.
Probably, at least for a wild-child raised in the forest it certainly would be.
A half-gift to Pony-Artist FluffyXai, as Cassea belongs to him. The python didn't necessarily matter for this animation short, but I was happy to draw that snake specifically, as she comes across especially cuddly.
