Keema Kachori is a delightful and flavorful snack that’s often enjoyed during Iftar in Ramadan.
What is Keema Kachori?
Keema Kachori is a type of savory pastry or deep-fried dumpling. It originates from the Indian subcontinent and is popular in various regions specially in Pakistan.
The word “keema” refers to minced meat (usually mutton or chicken), which is the star ingredient in these kachoris.
The kachori dough is typically made from flour, ghee (clarified butter), and water. It’s rolled out, filled with a spiced keema mixture, and then deep-fried until crispy.
Ingredients:

For the Stuffing:
Oil : 3 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Cook it for few seconds on medium flame
Beef mince : 500 gram
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Coriander powder : 1 tbsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 10 to 12 minutes
Onion chopped : 2 large size
Now cover it and cook it on low flame for 4 to 5 minutes
Green chili chopped : 2
Coriander chopped

For the Dough:
All purpose flour : 2 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Oil : 3 tbsp
Now cover it and rest it for 10 minutes

Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry until color changes to golden brown
