This tutorial demonstrates how to create presets and show and hide multiple time zones as needed without navigating to Outlook Settings. You can add more than three time zones to your Outlook Online Calendar. What is nice about this feature is you don't need to know the time zone abbreviation. You can add the city, state, or country, and the suggested time zone abbreviation appears.
