This video shows you how to automatically find duplicates in Microsoft Photos and remove unwanted duplicates with a click.

Step 1. Download and install Windows Photos duplicate remover. Open it.
Step 2. In Microsoft Photos' sidebar on the left, right-click the folder and choose Open in File Explorer.
Step 3. Drag the folder into the duplicate remover. Click Scan.
Step 4. When the scan is complete, view and preview the duplicates.
Step 5. Select unwanted Microsoft Photos duplicates for deletion.
In addition to duplicate photos (which are exactly identical, regardless of name), the duplicate remover can find similar photos. For details, please watch this video: How to Find and Delete Similar Photos....
