{889} TL494 oscillator frequency calculation

in this video {889} TL494 or KA7500 oscillator frequency calculation, how to calculate timing resistor RT, timing capacitor CT value to adjust switching frequency for push pull operation, or single ended operation. when the output control pin number 13 is connected to ground, that this ic provides same oscillator frequency at output stage.
output frequency  =  1/ ( RT * CT)
when output control pin is connected to reference pin, that time the output frequency is half than the oscillator frequency.
output frequency  =  1/ ( 2RT * CT)
