Quick ginger pork is a popular dish that is quick to make especially with the PowerXL Combo 12-in-1. Stir-fry pork with a sweet soy sauce mixture to mix sauté with. You can use any fresh or ground ginger with this recipe if it is easier for you. Sweet and toasty beef can be served with cabbage by itself or a small serving of rice. Add some extra toasted sesame seeds to give it more texture.

Quick Ginger Pork Recipe
Serves 2

Ingredients:
2 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
¼ tsp. sugar
⅛ to ¼ tsp. ground ginger
½ lb. pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp. canola oil
1 garlic clove, minced
½ cup cold water
1½ tsp. cornstarch
Hot cooked rice, optional
Thinly sliced green onions and
toasted sesame seeds, optional

Directions:
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, sugar, and
ginger; set aside. In another small bowl, whisk
together water and cornstarch until smooth; set aside.

Turn dial to Sauté and adjust Temperature to 300°F.
Press Timer and adjust to 10 minutes. Press Start. In the
Inner Pot, cook and stir the pork in hot oil until no longer
pink, 4 to 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.

Add soy sauce mixture and cornstarch mixture to the
Inner Pot. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened,
about 2 minutes. If desired, serve with rice and top
with green onions and sesame seeds.
