29-year-old healthy woman presents for hemoptysis. Her symptoms started with congestion, rhinorrhea and cough. But she has had a cough for seven days and now has a small amount of blood in her sputum. She denies smoking or use illicit drugs. She denies recent travel. D-Dimer is negative. Her CXR is seen here. What is the most likely diagnosis?
