Mango cheese cake

For the base
Digestive biscuits - 2 packets
Butter - 60 grm
A little bit of salt

For the cream cheese layer
Cream cheese - 300 grm
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Condensed milk - 150 grm
Fresh cream - 3/4 cup
Thick curd - 1/4 cup
Mango purée - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Lemon zest

For mango jelly layer
Water - 100 grm
Agar agar - 1 tsp
Mango purée - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 2 tbsp
