here are some information about Nephron :
Nephron is the basic functional unit of kidneys. consists of a glomerulus and its associated tubules through which the glomerular filtrate passes before it emerges as urine.This filtrate contains glucose, amino acids, urea, uric acid, salts and a major amount of water.
A nephron consists of six parts, i.e.,
Glomerulus,
Bowman's capsule,
Proximal convoluted tube,
Loop of Henle,
Distal convoluted tube,
and the collecting duct.
