1 - index finger
2 - middle finger
3 - ring finger
4 - pinky

𝐌𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐔𝐌𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐒 & 𝐋𝐄𝐓𝐓𝐄𝐑𝐒 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐀𝐁
0 - means no fingers on the string
L1 - means LOW 1st finger
1 - means 1st finger
L2 - means LOW 2nd finger (2nd finger should be placed next to 1st finger)
2 - means 2nd finger (2nd finger should be placed next to 3rd finger)
3 - means 3rd finger
H3 - means HIGH 3rd finger (3rd finger should be placed next to 4th finger)
4 - means 4th finger
L4 - means LOW 4th finger (4th finger should be placed next to 3rd finger)

EXAMPLE when H3 and L4 are on the Same note! You choose which to play!:

C# = H3 and L4 = Db.
C, D - note names, H, L - finger positions.

H means Higher, and L means Lower.
You make a choice either to play H3 or L4,
they both mean the same note.
