Example of low compression scooter won't start

Here is a good example of low compression on a scooter. This scooter did start and run with only 90 psi of compression. However it did have a hard time starting, this was do to low compression. Normally with less then 100 psi the engine will not start do to lack of compression. This scooter should have compression of 130-165 psi.
