Following the creature in Iron Lung

When exploring the points of interest, a creature can be seen lurking behind one of them in the distance. At closer inspection, it shows striking similarities with the monster attacking the submarine at the game's climax. It poses no threat to the player however so it shows little resemblance in terms of action. Still an interesting catch!
