Baked pasta on Sunday
Bolognese sauce
a little olive oil
1 carrot onion celery
500 gr minced meat
300 ml red wine

2 tablespoons tomato paste

500 ml milk
40 gr flour
salt
nutmeg
bacon
parmesan 50 gr
mozzarella 200 gr
macaroni 400 gr
To make the baked pasta:
Let's start with a very simple Bolognese Ragù.
Celery, carrot and chopped onion, a little oil, large pot, stove.
fry the vegetables for 5 minutes and add 500 g of minced meat.
Brown for another 5 minutes, add 300 ml of red wine.
cook for 5 minutes.

also add Parmesan cheese and 200 grams of mozzarella.
add 400 grams of not so cooked pasta.
mix well and put in a baking dish,
