Lindsey Buckingham says he and Fleetwood Mac have settled lawsuit

Lindsey Buckingham is on his own again after being fired from his longtime band Fleetwood Mac earlier this year. Buckingham, who was a key member of what many consider the band's classic lineup, sued. In his first television interview since being ousted, Buckingham tells "CBS This Morning: Saturday" co-host Anthony Mason he and the band have settled the lawsuit.
