On the Call Managing Director Paul Bennett provides insight into the exclusive negotiations underway with IGO, whereby Medallion can acquire certain assets of the Forrestania Nickel Operation (FNO), specifically the Cosmic Boy Process Plant and associated infrastructure. In October 2023, Medallion released an initial Prefeasibility Study (PFS) which confirmed the technical and commercial viability of the Kundip Mining Centre at RGP. The PFS indicated a mining operation capable of producing 85koz Au and 1.8kt Cu (92koz AuEq) per annum over 9 years, with pre-tax cashflow of $85 million per annum.
