Milk Mochi | Tteok | Rice Cake | 우유떡

Today's menu is Milk Tteok/Mochi/Rice Cake.
'Tteok (떡)' is a Korean word for rice cake/mochi.
It's not exactly the proper way to make Tteok, but it is A LOT quicker to make compared to the traditional way which involves steaming the glutinous rice flour.
It doesn't taste as nice tho... (Texture isn't as chewy? either)
However it's a good alternative way to quickly make Tteok in case you are craving some.
It would be much nicer if you use fill it up with some sweet red bean paste.

Ingredients:
Milk: x16 Tbsp, Glutinous Rice Flour: x14 Tbsp, Sugar: x4 Tbsp, Corn Starch: x?, Salt: x0.5 tsp
