‘Rape is not just a physical abuse that the body suffers but a mental scar that the victims carry for their entire life.’ Whenever I read a news report about rape, this statement of Delhi High Court comes to my mind. Recently, Haryana has been an epicentre of rape cases. The incidents have been so gruesome that all limits of savagery were crossed.
