It is likely to find common short words, even together on the same page, but what justifies something intentional?
When those words are put there in a pattern that repeats on another page (1)
When those words are put there in a geometric pattern to suggest something(2)
When the words and or letters themselves make an obvious play at showing deliberate intention which could not easily be there by chance.
In this case, there are suggestive chances, but this is all.
Perhaps Cathy Jean will provide more words to search for and we'll see if this has a deliberate placement significant enough to consider.
