The olivier salad 8s from Russia. you can eat as an appetiser or even a main course .
Also, you can eat it with bread .
Ingredients:
300 gr chicken breast
2 medium size carrots
4 medium size potatoes
4 medium size cucumber pickle
1 cup cooked green peas
3 eggs
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup cream
1 cup of Mayonnaise
(onion and garlic for
cooking chicken breasts )
