Hello guys, this new update came with the new set 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗹 (https://is.gd/HighlandSentinel), which is proving being Best-In-Slot on dummy and in content, in fights where you don't move much (it's important to note you can actually move, just not more than 1s and stacks rebuild fast anyway, so it's totally usable in KA, SS, Xalvakka, etc... ; Dodge, Stampede and Bunny hoping doesn't remove stacks either).
Stamplar itself didn't really move in classes power-ranking, it's still kinda niche but popular in raid because it's a cool class to play and you need at least one for Ritual, enabling Alkosh. It's currently holding the 5th DPS playrate with 7,89% of all DPS players - with a pretty much 50/50 repartition between Magicka and Stamina Templars.

For optimisation, you will pretty much always use Stamplar except if you are on EC duty (in Raid, if you do 4Man or Solo Magplar is king ofc).
We changed a bit the build from previous patches, cutting Degen (who got nerfed) for the other Morph of PI, gaining barspace for Solar Barrage.
The high amount of crit you get from Sentinel allows you to use either Charged frontbar or Apprentice Mundus. Templar having a naturally high status proc with Zaan, Potl and Snipe, you tend to Apprentice.
You can use either Zaan or Velothi if you are not gonna stand in satisfying range, although Zaan range is bigger than what it would seems at first.
Bow/Bow isn't the only way to play stamplar, DW/2H (with Maelstrom 2H to boost Jab) is also very good, but playing Bow/Bow is just a way better option overall : you will straight up do more damage, you can stand wherever you want, you can do more AoE by slotting Acid Spray, you are not relying on Carve, etc...
You can do DW/Bow with Master Bow, it will give you access to Cloak (Major Evasion) and you can frontbar Deadly strike which is always valuable, but you will would push less damage than with a pure Bow/Bow.
In content you want to always use the Healing Beam, it's just way better, and the other morph is often not sustainable anyway.

❤️ Attributes: 0 Health / 64 Stamina / 0 Magicka
🍲 Food : Stamina Green 6k Stam Food
🍾 Potions : Essence of Heroism

⛧ Skill priority is : PotL ➤ Injection ➤ Bane ➤ Hail ➤ Barrage ➤ Trap ➤ Spear ➤ Spam
Ult Rotation is 3x Meteor ➤ 2x DB
Ult whenever you have it, it will lineup with Off-Balance.
Recast Trap 2s early, Spear 1s early. Try to not overcast Ritual if possible. Never recast Light too early even to barswap.
I had to overcast Spear quite a bit to be able to sustain, keep in mind that's an option.

➤ Cast Ritual/Bane/Shard one last time around 45 to 35%, don't recast Shard if the dummy is already below 40
➤ Start Beaming from 40%, keep Hail/Trap/Injection/Barrage but don't recast them after 10%, keep PotL up until 12%
△ If you are using the HEALING BEAM (Content) : Stop Ritual after 21%, Vamp Bane after 15%
Keep beaming during Off-Balance if it's not for Hail.
Swap to a Spell Damage potion when you start Beaming.
