The Music and Ice Cream Experience

We welcome you into our Gore Street kitchen in Auckland for a chance to see the innovation and creativity that drives our work here at Giapo. We provide an invigorating experience that is hands-on and multi-sensory. You’ll try many of our ice cream creations from our ever-changing menu, ensuring your experience will be different every time you visit.

Enjoy a one-hour cultural experience of NZ—the ultimate way to enjoy incredible ice cream. You’ll be hosted by Giapo and Annarosa through a self-indulgent hour-long ice cream degustation that showcases the changing narrative of ice cream.

Each course is carefully matched to music—a result of Giapo’s research* with Auckland University of Technology into the effects of music on your sensory perceptions when eating ice cream.
