Found OMEGA WATCH buried in STONE for 25 YEARS

This watch was found by a concrete skatepark builder named Chris and sent into the channel by John the owner of the company. Is it real, is it quartz? Will it work again?
I am always intrigued by the restoration channels on YouTube seemingly finding buried items and with a little wash they come up new again, will this come up like new again after being buried in stone for 25 years?
